Exchanges and Returns
I hope you are delighted with your candle. However, sometimes things go wrong!
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please drop me a line at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, so I can help resolve the issue.
I am happy to accept returns and exchanges on unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order. I aim to refund or exchange you within 7 working days of me receiving the returned item. Unfortunately, I am unable to cover the postage cost of returning the item to me for a return or exchange.
If your product arrived damaged, please send me a photograph of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, I can cancel orders before they are dispatched and issue a full refund. Please note I am unable to refund postage costs on orders cancelled after dispatch, however you will be refunded for the cost of item(s), once they have been returned to me.
To return your item, please contact me at email@example.com and I will provide you with a return address.
